About Leanne
My passion for fitness started at a young age. Growing up as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader, movement and discipline were always a huge part of my life. At 18, I discovered bodybuilding—and for the first time, fitness became something I could fully control. I fell in love with pushing my limits and seeing what my body was capable of.
Everything changed when I became a mom at 20 and got married. After having my first baby, my body wasn’t the same—and my goals shifted. I no longer wanted fitness just for aesthetics; I wanted to understand my body, rebuild my strength, and create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. That journey sparked a deeper passion: helping other women do the same.
Over the years, through hands-on experience and multiple certifications, I’ve built a coaching approach that focuses on strength, balance, and real-life sustainability. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Certified in Bodybuilding & Physique, with a specialization in women’s fitness. I help women build strong, confident bodies without extreme restriction—while still living full, busy lives.
As a mom of three, I understand firsthand the challenges of juggling family, fitness, and self-care. My mission is to guide women toward results they can maintain long-term feeling strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies.
